Billing to MMIS from IFS no longer working?

 

I’m wondering if you can help.  Has anyone mentioned any issued they’re having billing to MMIS?  I’ve been batch billing from IFS for year, but since November, none of my submissions have worked.  Do you have any ideas?

  1. I bill MMIS for our Medi-Bs and noticed a change last November as well.
    I found I had to change the title of the doc that was downloaded from IFS (we used to not have to change it at all)
    and then MN-ITS would accept the upload.
    Our formatted title looks like this (for Otter Tail County): A000056600_837P_20220304_0222MediBbatch.dat
    (any extra underscores and you’re outta luck 😉 )

  2. I’m decided to reply all in case it help someone else too. I agree with Barbara that it’s a file name thing.

    Our file name is 1760489769_837P_20220301_FE22_MED_PART_B__1.dat


    I think the key is the 837P needs to be the second set of numbers


    Ours is our NPI_837P_date_month of our claims we’re sending_type of claims_file type.
