Ingredients
for Success:
1) IFS

2) Digital Document Management

digitally for payment. This feature ensures that your accounting process is as
smooth and efficient as a well-cooked meal, with no need for physical paper
handling.
3) Secure
Approvals and Signatures
o Secret
Sauce: Manage approvals and request signatures securely within ACE. This adds a
layer of security and convenience, making sure all processes are handled
electronically without any paper, just like a perfect finishing touch to your
dish.
4)
Comprehensive Departmental Vision
o Side
Dishes: ACE aligns with the vision of most counties to provide electronic
document management across all departments, including Financial Services,
METS/MNsure, Child Support, and Social Services. It's like having a complete
meal plan that covers all your nutritional needs.
Master Chef: Dani has worked with several counties on implementing ACE, ensuring each implementation is a recipe for success. She also leads the quarterly ACE User Groups, where best practices are shared, and feedback from our user base is actively sought, much like a chef constantly refining their recipes.
