Hello all! St. Louis County is looking for insight from other counties using NEXTGEN for PMAP Billing, if you are able to help please email Beth Elstad [elstab@stlouiscountymn.gov]
"We are currently experiencing issues with entering PMAP claims with a specific location code (code 12) and wondering if anyone else is having issues with NEXTGEN. If so, and you have had success in resolving via customer service, please provide a preferred contact in customer service. Thank you."
