We currently pay our county attorneys for their time to help
us with Child Support, Fraud/FPI, Social Services adult/child, and
contracts. They send us a detailed tracking of what case they worked on
by the quarter hour, under each of these categories. Does anyone know if
they need to track it in such detail? As you can imagine, it takes them
quite a bit of time to track this for us. Would they be allowed to send
summary invoices under each of these categories using percentages or estimates?
